Exterior services include, but are not limited to:

Visually scan area around house before performing exterior checks.

Perform a 360-degree perimeter check.

Check for vandalism, broken windows, theft, storm damage, or any signs of forced entry.

Check screens, and porch enclosures for tears or damages.

Substantiate all windows, doors and gates are secured properly.

Visually check AC unit.

Remove all flyers, newspapers, phone books, packages from front door area.

Check for mail, and place inside home.

Clean the front entry of any dirt, trash or debris.

Visual check for unwanted pests, rodents or insect infestation.

Check Pool/Spa for water level, discoloration, algae, and debris. Report if pool appears its being serviced properly and cleaned.

Check the landscape for overgrown yard, flower beds, lawn damage, weeds, lack of water issues, drainage problems, downed branches and any other obvious problems.

Check external water sources for leaks or damage

Visually inspect from ground level roof, rain gutters, siding, fences, gates, and all exterior doors.

Visually check garage and verify the garage doors are properly closed.

Check patio furniture is in place.

Open and Close main water valve as directed by owner.

Check all windows, doors, ceilings, walls, and floors for signs of damage, water leaks, mold or pest infestation.

Check temperature and humidity reading.

Make sure all doors and windows are securely locked.

Verify all interior lights are in working condition.

Brush and flush toilets, run water in sinks, tubs, showers, utility sinks, and kitchen. Look  for any leaks or water buildup.

Smell for any unusual odors.

Run the garbage disposal for proper operation and to prevent gaskets from drying out.

Check circuit breaker box for any tripped breakers.

Verify the air conditioner or heating system is maintaining the desired temperature and record humidity level.

Check the refrigerator and freezer for proper temperature and operation. Make sure ice maker is off.

Check the electrical panel for any tripped breakers.

Check the water heater for visible leaks.

Position window coverings and blinds as requested by owner.

Verify the security system is working properly

Open and Close main water valve as directed by owner.

Drive Vehicle.

Hurricane Shutter Services (Remote, Pull Down, Accordion)

Post Storm Inspections.

Examine all air filters and replace as necessary. All air filters will be paid for and provided by the homeowner.

Check smoke detectors and replace batteries as needed. Any replacement batteries will be paid for and provided by the homeowner.

Ensure the soft water system is working and check salt level.

Trash and Recycling bin roll out and in.

Forward any important mail or packages.
